She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cook and Elsie Cook of Highland Park; and her brothers, Ross Crowley (Eva), Donald Crowley (Peg) and Tom Cook.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jayson (Lucy), Shaun and Mary; her granddaughters, Rachel and Rebecca; and her brother John Cook (Ruth Ann). She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren, brother and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, her many friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Al-Van Humane Society of South Haven, Michigan, or Planned Parenthood.
