She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Dam and Evelyn Van Dam (Faulkner). She is survived by: her children, Brad Warncke, Patrick Warncke (Elyse) and Ginny Westendorp (Joseph); her grandchildren, Maci Westendorp, Avery Warncke, Jack Warncke, Grayson Linihan and Emma Warncke; and her siblings, Roger Van Dam (Tammy) and Kathy Muth (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
