She was predeceased by: her parents, Buhl Beatty and Grace Beatty (Gorham); her daughter Sally Hoogendoorn Wallace; her siblings, Francis Beatty and Gloria Beatty Owen Garnaat; her nephew Michael Owen; her grandson Duane Hoogendoorn II; and her close friend Charles Kendall.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Hoogendoorn Kendall and John Hoogendoorn (Cassie); and her grandchildren, Aaron Wallace (Amber), Thomas Kendall (Linnae), Jason Wallace (Jillane), Anthony Kendall (Sherry Martin), Cerissa Sample (Ryan), Summer Dean (Kevin), Cara Kendall (Travis Bursik), Nicholas Wallace (Darcy Hess), Marie Troyer (Josh), John Hoogendoorn, Jr. (Kait Spychala), Melody Hoogendoorn, Abraham Hoogendoorn (Chelsea), Daniel Hoogendoorn (Gina), Paige Glenn (Will) and Angel Hoogendoorn (Kaleb Brown). She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren.
