He is survived by: his parents, Walton Howard and Barbara Howard; his wife Terri; his sons, Jason Andrew and Joshua Alan Howard; his sister Janice Glasser (Bobby); his brother-in-law Randy Roundhouse (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Addalyn, Reese, Amelia, Audra and Xander; and his father-in-law Ronald Roundhouse (Peggy).
