It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonathan Terrell Maye of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sanders and Violet Weatherby. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Terrell Jr., Xavier Terrell, Tasharra and Jamira; his friends, Fantasy Football, Poker and Spades; his wife Towanda; his parents, Loretta Lee (Steven) and Alphonza Maye (Karen); his siblings, Kimberly, Christopher and Kyrone (Sessolee); his stepsiblings, Michele Lee and Corey Lee; his father-in-law Tommie; and his sisters-in-law, Tonya Demeke (Brook), Tammy Whitten and Brandi Whitten. He is also survived by aunts, cousins and friends.
