He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Ernest Berry and Robert Ewing (Betty); his uncle Frank Berry; and his aunt Sherry Domanski. He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Kurtz (Gerald) and Tarrey Ewing (Jan); his siblings, Robert Ewing (Jennifer Flieler) and Kelly Compher (Matt); his stepsisters, Jill Kurtz and Jenny Kurtz; his nieces and nephews, Jana, Gunnar, Finley and Reed; and his grandmother Audrey Berry.
