With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Prendergast of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Prendergast and Catherine Prendergast (Doran). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Prendergast; his children, Dawn Prendergast, Timothy Prendergast (Amanda), Colleen Heflin (Bill Whipps) and Kevin Heflin; his granddaughters, Rose Prendergast, Stella Heflin and Lucy Heflin; and his brother James Prendergast (Joanne).

Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul of St. Catherine of Siena Church or the St. Catherine of Siena Parish.
