He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick John and Regina Gallagher (McGarry); and his sister Maureen Thomson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Williams; his children, Jeff Gallagher (Chris) of Westminster, SC and Jill McManus (Shawn) of Holland; his grandchildren, Kylee, Megan, Patrick, Brendan and Reagan; and his siblings, Dennis Gallagher and Eileen Ellam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
