He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Ruiter (Mike), Kathy DeRoo (Doug), Sally Herder (Tom) and Stefanie Eskut (James); his grandchildren, Julie Chasnis (John), Kimberly Stewart (Brian), Trevor DeRoo, Travis DeRoo, Steven Herder (Kelli), Jennifer Herder, Ryan Herder, Jeremy Eskut, Kaitlin Sullivan (Patrick) and Brittanie Pando (Daniel); and his siblings, Joan Ruiter, JoLynne DeWinter, Joel Breedveld and Nick J. Breedveld. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
