He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Frank and Loretta Frank (Winchester); his former wife Jacquelyn Ann Montague; his brother Dwain Earl Frank; and his son George Victor Frank (Jacquelyn).
He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Sue Hill; his daughters, Jane Frank of Oklahoma City, OK and Jennifer Hendrixson (Jim) of Portage, Michigan; his grandchildren, Georgia, Emily, Jonathan, Alexander Fruendt, Austin Carlson (Ashley), Christopher Hendrixson, Taylor Cornelius (Joe) and Samantha Cook (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Nolan and Jordan Cornelius; his nephew Donald Frank (Brenda); his nieces, Kathy Van Riper (Bob) and Brenda Hyatt (Delvin); and his wife Jackie. He is also survived by 4 great-nephews and nieces, and 6 great-great nephews and nieces.
