He was predeceased by: his parent Elesa Jarboe, Sr. (McClelland); and his son Dirk Terpstra (Riham). He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. Kromminga; his children, Jamie Hicks (Scott), Tess Terpstra (Ryan Gay), Justin Terpstra, Brandon Terpstra (Haley) and Holly Crane (Jesse); his grandchildren, Jared McLemore, Ethan Campbell, Will Hicks, Maddy Terpstra and Lizzy Hicks; his father John Jarboe Sr.; and his siblings, Cathy Jarboe and Femi Adebayo (Bridget). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
