Oosterbaan; her daughter Lizzie Hall (Adam); her granddaughter Emma; her sons, Paul Oosterbaan and Teddy Oosterbaan (Shannon); her parents, Mary Buczkowski and Ed Buczkowski; her siblings, John Buczkowski and Kathy Scherer (Tom); her nephew Tommy; and her niece Maggie Scherer.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made to Catholic Schools of Greater Kalamazoo or Meals on Wheels America, in memory of Joan Oosterbaan.
