He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his great grandchild Alice Erlandson (Mark); and his children, Harper, Gus, Luke, Chloe and Cody. He is also survived by his four children, 15 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Centrica Care Navigators who provided Jim and his family such compassionate hospice care.
