Jerrie Ann Farley Obituary

In accordance with her wish cremation will take place and a private interment will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, c/o the funeral home.

Age 76, passed away at Ascension Borgess Hospital on October 9, 2023. She was born in Kalamazoo on August 16, 1947, the daughter of the late Joseph and Betty (Jackson) Soudek Sr. On August 18, 1967, she married the love of her life Raymond G. Farley who preceded her in passing on November 24, 2018. She was also preceded in passing by a brother, Joseph Soudek Jr. Jerrie was kind, loving and generous. She enjoyed conversation and getting to know people. She was a gifted cook and baker and her hospitality during the holidays was always enjoyed. Jerrie was a hard worker and together with her husband owned and operated Farley Aluminum Siding and Gutters for several years. Above all Jerrie loved her family and she was especially proud of her grandchildren. Her warm smile and laughter will be missed by all who loved her. Jerrie is survived by two daughters, Julie Farley and Betsy Baldwin; seven grandchildren, Kim, Tyler, and Cody Farley-Stager, Chase, Dakota and Raquel Farley, Camryn Moore; Camryn's father, DeWayne Moore; sister, Frances (David) Kribs; sister-in-law, Julie Soudek; nieces, nephews and friends.
