It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Rose Wedel of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Julius and Jean Julius (Boren); her brother-in-law Paul Newton; and also, Oscar and Mildred Wedel.
She is survived by: her husband Greg; her children, Cresta Jones (Scott) of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Erin Cantu (Oscar) of St. Charles, Illinois, Emily Reese (Todd) of New Albany, Ohio, Jessie Benson (Dustin) of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Laurel Johnson (Jeff) of Kansas City; her granddaughters, Margaret, Clara and Harriet Jones; her children, Palmer, Delaney Cantu, Mikayla, Addison Reese, Anders and Bergen Johnson; her sisters, Eleanor Newton and Phyllis Haw (Reg); and also, Linda Eberle (Phil), Ann Rubin (Larry), Gary Wedel (Jean) and Karl Wedel (Carrie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
