Jennifer Burris-Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2025, at the age of 59, Jennifer Burris-Cook of Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Pauline Smith; her uncle Douglas "Knox" Smith; her brothers-in-law, Kevin Cook and Bryan Cook; and her pet Spencer.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Joseph Burris and Jolaine Ann Kent (Smith); her husband Michael James Cook; her brother Jonathon Burris (Krystal); her nieces and nephews, Madelyn, Matthew and Mallory Burris; and her father-in-law Donald Jay Cook (Kathleen). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Episcopal Church (2010 Nichols Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49004). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in Jenna's memory may be made to St. Martin of Tours Episcopal Church.
