She was predeceased by: her child Thomas S. Blaszczyk; her granddaughter Jessica; her siblings, Shirley Summerfield and Bill Walz; her parents, John Walz Jr. and Madeline Walz (Brune); and her husband Kenneth G. Blaszczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn M. Brown (Charles), Leigh A. Krikava (Jerry), Jeffrey J. Blaszczyk and Timothy F. Blaszczyk; her grandchildren, Leah (Rand), Laurel (Troy), Janel, Lisa, Micah (Rachael), Sean, Alex (Rebecca) and Brittany; and her brother Jim Walz. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and lifelong friends.
