She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Ballett and Lucille Ballett (Miller); her husband Leroy James Moyle; and her sisters, Dorothy Schelb, Nadine Kendall and Millicent Kotrba.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Jacobs of Lawton and Brian Moyle (Lauren) of Treasure Island, FL; her grandchildren, Erin Buhl, Stephanie Smith, Zachary Moyle and Alex Moyle; her great grandchildren, Landon Buhl, Carter Buhl and Ramona Smith; and her family Jan.
