It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Curtiss (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Birmingham, Michigan, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Caryl and Velma Caryl; her sisters, Joyce Roberts (Dale) and Jackie Converse (Denny); her son-in-law David Garber; and her grandson Jacob Garber.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Kleyn; her daughters, Julia Vleugel (Rick), Dana Vance (Jim), Amy Garber (Bob) and Heidi Kleyn; her grandchildren, Brittany Marvin (Rob), Caitlin Baumgartner (Brett), Kim Walsh (Steve), Jamie Clark (Tricia), Michael Garber (Abigail), Lawrence Garber (Alejandro), Emily Garber and Mitchell Kleyn; and her stepgranddaughters, Jamie Langley and Jennifer Bennett. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
