She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard T. Kirk and Ruth W. Kirk (McQueen); her spouse Russell L. Knapp; and her siblings, Barb Kirk and Rick Kirk.

She is survived by: her children, Phillip Knapp, Robert Knapp (Laurie) and Rebecca Hunt; her grandchildren, Courtney, Michael, Jordan, Richard, Conner, Cayla and Gavin; her great grandchildren, Esmae, Anthony, Zola and Stevie; and her siblings, Jeff Kirk (Kay), Betty Wyrick (Hershel) and Nancy Betke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
