She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Hettinger and Muriel Hettinger (Lester); and her brothers, LaVerne and Eddie Hettinger. She is survived by: her husband Wilfred Hamilton; her children, Scott Hamilton (Cheryl), Casey Brandt (John) and Cindy Finch (Ed); her grandchildren, Nicholas Brandt, E. J. Finch, Gabrielle Brandt and Evan Finch; her siblings, Gary Hettinger (Carolyn) and Sharon Fry (Dan); and her sister-in-law Lois Hettinger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jacqueline's honor to National Parkinson's Foundation.
