He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his daughters, Linda Kalleward and Jan Brown; his grandchildren, Amanda Stone, Peter Kalleward, Daniel and Rachel Kalleward; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Bradley, Isla and Dempsey A.

Memorial contributions may be donated to National Shrine of St. Jude, St. Catherine of Sienna or a charity of your choice.
