He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rochelle; his former wife Denise Cook; his wife Rita Cook; his son Jack Cook (Amber); his grandchildren, Jackson, Vaida Cook and Diego Zoll; his stepsons, Terrence Scahill (Lisa) and Chris Scahill (Yvonne); his stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Garrett, Nico, Carlie and Mina; his father Jack Cook (Virginia); and his brothers, Larry Cook (Penny) and Jerry Cook (Cathy).
