He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Malory and Annie Park; his wife Rosie Malory; his siblings, Jessie V. Mallory and Carie May Bobo; and his son Hugh Marvin Mallory.
He is survived by: his brother Hugh Willis Mallory; his children, Annie Doss, Nichole Malory and Kenneth Malory; and his son-in-law Darrell Doss. He is also survived by friends and many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
