She was predeceased by: her parents, Cayetano Ramos and Josefina Ramos (Medina); and her brother Joseph Gauna. She is survived by: her husband Paul Hernandez; her daughter Caterina "Maria" Hernandez of Raven, VA; her goddaughter Lauren Mitchell; and her nieces and nephews, Allisen Trainer and Randy Gauna.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
