She was predeceased by: her siblings, Vincent, Lucille, Mary, Jim, Rita and Theresa; her husband Walter Barrett; and her grandchildren, Chad Wilson, Shannon Wilson and Laurie Laymon.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila, Mary Kay, Tom Barrett (Pat), Terry Barrett Mary (Jeannie) and Jane Brewer (Doug). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great great and great great great grandchildren.
As countless young men answered the call to serve, the flu pandemic created added turmoil around the globe.
