He was predeceased by: his parents, Delton Swindell and Florence Swindell (Grovenberg); and his sister Deb Swindell. He is survived by: his son Duane Swindell (Andrea); his grandson Aidan Swindell; his stepsons, Daniel and Aaron Kuiper; his siblings, Linda Swindell, Candy Marlow (Gene), Sam Long and Terry Swindell; and his former wife Penny Swindell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
