He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Shaffer (Christopher) of Oak Grove, KY; his grandsons, Brian, Landon and Tanner; his sister Marcie Johnson (Bob); his niece Samantha Pace; his nephew Shawn Pace (Libby); his aunt Charlene Burkett; and his cousin April Jackson.
