She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Futrell and Ellen Futrell (Pegg); her son John Sirk; and her siblings, Helen Rhoads, Edna Newman and Leo Futrell, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Burza; her grandchildren, Justin Burza (Bethany) and Brittany Papierz (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Alexander and Amelia; and her siblings, Margaret Bigger and Charles Futrell (Norma).
