He was predeceased by: his parents, John Worst and Dorothy Worst (Weber); his wife Dorene (Thomas); his son Jim (Hoss); his sister Margean (Worst); his brother-in-law Edward Gladysz; and his grandson Steven Worst.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Worst (Pam), LouAnn Grover (Lon) and Dorrenne Worst (John Lee); his grandsons, Marc II Worst (Catherine), John Shimel (Barbara) and Jay Ball (Oksana); his great grandchildren, Aurora, Jacob Worst, Grace Worst, Amber and Nathan Shimel; his niece Margean Gladysz; and his nephew John Gladysz (Janet Bluemel).
