It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Shugars (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Shugars and Mary Shugars (Doane); and his brothers, John and Lawrence. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Kevin Shugars (Patti Schneider), Steven Shugars and Dr. Eric Shugars (Nicole); and his siblings, Wayne Shugars and Ruth Olmsted. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, The American Heart Association, or Trinity Lutheran Church.
