Jasper-Evans (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Marvell, Arkansas, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Elacy Jasper Sr.; her brothers, Ben Jasper (late Patricia) and Elacy "Jimmy" Jasper Jr.; and her sister-in-law Jacqueline Scaife. She is survived by: her mother Mary Lee Scaife; her husband Arthur L. Evans III; her children, Minister Stephanie Prevo (Dexter), Avery Evans, Arthur Evans Jr. (Candace Allan) of Kalamazoo, MI and Nicole Williams (Willie) of Hope Mills, NC; her siblings, Alma O'Neal (late Arizona O'Neal Sr.), Valerie Alexander, Sheila Crawford, Senthia Sims (Kevin), Shirley Baker (Anthony), Vernon Jasper (Vanita), James Scaife (Yvonne) and Monique "Pistol" Scaife; her mother-in-law Alberta Wilson; her siblings-in-law, Pamela Jones (Eddie) of St. Louis, MO, Towanda Wilson of St. Louis, MO, Lisa Wilson of St. Louis, MO, Ann Jasper and George Wilson (Darcel) of Boston, MA; and her grandchildren, Jarriel Prevo, Chardae Prevo, Niquay Evans, Shakia Evans, Brittany Robinson, Ar'marrion Evans, Taelore Evans, Calisa Evans, Catrell Woods, Kamyia Evans, Deon Burnett, Darrion Pulliam and Courtney Williams. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
