With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerry VanderPloeg (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Arie VanderPloeg; her sister Marja Wisser; her nephews, Jeff Wisser (Joy) and Rick Wisser (Jill); her niece Brenda Sinkovitz (Chris); and her father Albert Kemboi. She was also cherished by several other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Prairieville Township Fire Department.
