He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rapp and Arlene Rapp (Soeten); and his daughter Renae Rapp. He is survived by: his close friend Alison Thor; his siblings, Ronald Rapp (Dona) and Myra Jo Ford; his children, Karmen Cook (Xavier), Dwight Rapp (Connie Ferrante), Linda Fish and Teresa Wolfe (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Dusty Rapp, Dylan Rapp, Misty Rapp Miller (Philip), Melody Rapp, Lauren Wolfe Sylvester (Michael) and Darren Fish. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
