He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Roe Sr. and Gloria Bailey; and his siblings, Larry, Diana, Michael and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbi" Roe (Balch); his stepson Steven Terry; and his siblings, Donald Roe Jr., Sharon Powers, Teresa Jackson (Rick), Neil Roe, Cathy Weirs, Nancy Gibbs and Frances Roe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
