She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Battles and Betty Battles (Lloyd); her son Ross Termaat; and her brother John Battles. She is survived by: her daughter Dominique Termaat of Kalamazoo; and her granddaughters, Lauren and Jenna Whittle.
