“Dear Dede, Nancy and I were shocked and saddened to hear about Frank’s sudden passing. You might know Frank was my closest friend while attending U of D and was the Best Man at our wedding. His wedding gift was a beautiful pastel portrait that he drew. I have so many wonderful memories spending hours over coffee or beer solving the problems of the world. I was always awed by Frank’s brilliant mind, endless curiosity and moral courage. He will always be in our hearts. Warmly, Stu/Nancy Siefer”
