She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Hagood and Mary E. Hagood (Chambers); her close friend Dick Rutledge; her sons, Dick, Douglas and Scot Rutledge; and her brothers, Wayne, David and Raymond Hagood.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Rutledge of Niles, Donald Rutledge of Niles and Dawn Rutledge (James Nekvasil) of Niles; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Bailey (Ann Marie), Corey Bailey, Hayley Rutledge-Millin (Bradley) and Gage Rutledge-Horvath; her great grandchildren, Jeffery, Christopher and Justice; and her siblings, Pat Gaul (Michael) of Buchanan, Nadine Rutledge (Tim) of Niles and Joann Ramirez (Delores). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Fran's family will be celebrating her life at a later time.
