She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Spoelstra and Ella Spoelstra (Andriesen); her husband Donald Izenbaard (Don); and her son-in-law Charles Triemstra. She is survived by: her children, Roger Izenbaard (Wanda), Charlene Triemstra and Brenda Balkema (Daniel).
