She is survived by: her parents, John Goch and Elizabeth Goch (Owsinski); her husband Joseph R. Velthuysen; her children, Church, Lilian Grace Velthuysen and Elaina Faith Velthuysen; her brother Adam Goch (Sarah); her nephews, Benjamin Goch and Evan Goch; and her parents-in-law, Raymond and Karen Velthuysen.
