He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Czuk and Dorothy Moore (Wiedmayer); and his brother Michael Czuk. He is survived by: his children, Todd and Sarah; his brother Paul Czuk (Diane); his sister-in-law Barbara Czuk; and his nieces and nephews, Missy "Mis", Tim, Renae, Amy and Jeff.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to Calvary Bible Church, Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
