We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 91, Eleanor Jean Chase of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor Jean Chase to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Bird and Pauline Bird (Bodine); and her sister Gloria R. Martin (Howard). She is survived by: her husband Stanley W. Chase; her children, Stanley W. Chase II (Lawrie) and Paula Jean Chase; her stepsons, Michael Myhre (Donna) and James Myhre (Su); and her brother Larry W. Bird. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Eleanor's memory to SWMI Health Matters 5708 Venture Court, Suite A, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 (gifts will go toward a special scholarship providing wellness services to those with Alzheimer's and their care providers).
