It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Joyce (Campbell) Liggett of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gysbert Koopsen and Gertrude Koopsen; her husband Robert E. Liggett; and her siblings, Adrian, Nelson Koopsen, Geraldine "Micky" Jackson, Arlene Brinks and Cornelia Crouch.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Reigle (Mike), Jerry Campbell, Jr. and Debbie Carlin (Patrick); her grandchildren, Arthur Reigle (Travis Kohl), Matthew Reigle (Traci Haywood), Jay Reigle, Michael Campbell, Joel Carlin, Elaine Roberts (Brendo) and Nicole Darnell (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Makenna Campbell, Bella Reigle, Elijah Reigle, Layne Reigle, Evee Darnell and Carlin Darnell; and her sisters, Norma Jean Erickson and Gertrude "Trudie" Herzog (Erwin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, Loaves & Fishes, or Calvary Reformed Church.
