He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Drake and Irene Drake (Simmons). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Armstrong; his children, Doug Drake (Loretta), Kristen Smith (Michael) and Corey Douglas (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Landon, Cody, Jackson Drake, Lilly, Grace, Declan, Liam Smith, Brooklyn and Molly Douglas.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover medical bills and living expenses are appreciated, c/o the funeral home.
