He is survived by: his former wife Patti Hansen; his sister Judy Moore; his former wife Patti Hamilton; his stepchildren, Mark Hansen, Kevlyn Stevenson and Michelle Jenkins; his nephew Steve Moore; his niece Betsy MGee (Ron); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Raena and Molly; his friends, Sarah Swart and Laurie Kopta; his nieces and nephews, Kinley, Kylah, Karson and Knox; and also Jan Volk.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Choir.
