She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy S. Venetti and Mary Ethel Venetti (Heldreth); her husband Jerald L. Curtiss; her son Jerald "Jerry" D. Curtiss; and her grandson Nathanial Curtiss.
She is survived by: her son James A. Curtiss; her grandson Jimmy Curtiss; and her daughter-in-law Sally Curtiss. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt Ever-Rest Memorial Park South (3941 S Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008).
