It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Mae Vanderwell of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Boes and Grace Boes (Essenberg); her spouse Russell Vanderwell; her brothers, Kenneth Boes (Allan Boes) and Shirley Boes; and her son-in-law Jack DeHaan.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Vanderwell (Susan Nichols), Ruth DeHaan (Larry), Cheryl DeHaan and Robert Vanderwell (Laura); and her brother Loren Boes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Kalamazoo Christian Schools Association, Kindred Hospice, or Second Christian Reformed Church.
