She was predeceased by: her fathers, Marvin Smith (Pauline) and William Lawrence Rourke; and her sister Sandra Hite. She is survived by: her children, Duane Hensley and Dawn Stevens; her grandchildren, Brock Hensley (Yvette), Blake Hensley and Carson Hensley; her great grandchildren, Alejandro and Talia; her brothers, Duane Smith and Tommy Smith (Mary); her nieces, Tina and Tammy; and her nephew Ricky.
