She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Guthrie and Helen Guthrie; her husband Gordon Lewis; her great grandchild Josie Higgs; and her siblings, Robert Guthrie and Dianne Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Libby Anderson (Bill) of Kalamazoo, MI, Amy Bevington (Gary) of Westfield, IN, Pam Sell (Harvey) of Marietta, GA, Gordie Lewis (Sheryl) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Holly Kinnear (Rob); her grandson Brad Kuhn (Jamie); her children, Julie Higgs (Matt), Todd Bevington (Kelly), Meredith Geiger (Joe), Kirk Bevington (Dana), Megan Thornhill (Wes), Tara Fleck (Ross), Matt Sell (Halie), Alison Sell, Ben Lewis (Andrea), Adam Kinnear (Jeanne), Nate Kinnear (Kelly), Christy Maze (Phil), Sarah Mullen (Pat), Claire Schnieider (Dalton) and Emily Spain (Levi); and her sister DeeDee Haggard of Punta Gorda, FL. She is also survived by her 36 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
