He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Edward McLain (Mac) and Theda Irene Fenner; his wife Nancy Houghtaling; and his siblings, Judith Ann Nedervelt (McLain) and Nicholas Edward McLain II.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Golichowski and Kim Duis (Ron); his sisters, Irene Kaye Cain (McLain) and Valerie Collige (Allen); his grandchildren, Emma Golichowski, Andrew Cornue, Abigayl McCartny and Allison Cornue; and his great grandchild Asher James McCartny.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Kalamazoo Covenant Church (5708 E Main St, Kalamazoo, MI 49048).
